I recommend working with Faith as your realtor. She listened to what was important to me in taking care of the home, as I was a long distance client & unable to do those things myself. She offered her professional insights on how best to market & sell the home. She kept the home fresh & clean. She communicated clearly & often. I was pleased with the marketing photos taken & the marketing strategy. She did go above & beyond in taking care of the home. She was practical when issues needed addressing. Due to my brother's passing I decided to put his home on the market as I lived out of state and had no use for it. In my search for a realtor, I found Faith Risser. Meeting her was the best thing that could have happened. From the first meeting, I could tell she was knowledgeable, smart and hard working. This incredible young lady went above and beyond for me. The photos for the listing were spectacular. Excellent communication. Even went to the property before extreme weather conditions set in and prepared the house without me asking. She assisted in having the house emptied and grabbed a few items to send back to me that I had forgotten. If you need a realtor, Faith is the one for you. Absolutely a dream to work with.

We had a bad experience with another realtor (months of searching and nothing) and my wife reached out to Faith. Within 2 weeks Faith helped us find something we liked. She was responsive to our questions and helped us get through through process with ease. If we called and couldn't get ahold of her, she usually called us back within 2 hours. Over all, I will be using her again to purchase some investment property.
